How do I choose my ring size?
We work with the Dutch ring sizing scale. If you know your ring size on a different scale, let us know and we will convert it. For more detailed information, please take a moment to browse through our Sizing guide where you will find tips on how to measure your finger correctly and determine your ring size with the help of sizing chart. When in doubt, feel free to contact us.
The ring I like doesn't come in my size. Can you make one for me?
Yes, it is possible. However, please keep in mind that cast rings are created in one single copy and cannot be exactly reproduced. The reason behind this is that the wax model of the ring is destroyed in the process of casting. It is possible to create a similar ring in your size but because the wax model is crafted by hand, the ring will not be identical to the one you see on our photos. Slight variation in the pattern and/or shape is the distinctive feature of a handmade jewellery piece. You will have a one of a kind ring of your own. The other rings can be reproduced in your size but please allow for minor differences within certain limits due to hand-crafting. Please feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Is your jewellery hallmarked?
Yes, of course. Natt Jewellery is registered at the Dutch Assay Office. All our items are always hallmarked with at least two hallmarks: Responsibility mark (the mark of the master), and Natt Jewellery mark, both registered at and issued by the Dutch Assay Office in Gouda, the Netherlands. Certain pieces of jewellery (i.e. weighted more than 8 gram if it is silver, more than 1 gram if it is gold, and more than 0,5 gram if it is platinum) will be hallmarked by the Dutch Assay Office in accordance with the Dutch Guarantee Act 2019 and the Guarantee Regulation (de Waarborgwet 2019 en de Waarborgregeling).
How do I take care of my jewellery?
To keep your silver jewellery looking as magnificent as it is on the day of your purchase, it is important to care for it properly. Pay attention to how to wear it, store it, and clean it. Wear your jewellery often! Keep your silver jewellery away from water and store it in individual soft bags or lined boxes. Clean your jewellery with a soft non-abrasive cloth.
